Consideration – Hold a Public Hearing to approve a Downtown Improvement Grant Application submitted by William Jeffrey Mitchel in the amount of $20,000; and approval of budget amendment required for accounting purposes (Note: This item was recommended for approval by the Finance Committee during their meeting of January 5, 2017).

     b. Consideration – Hold a Public Hearing to adopt an ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance by adding language to define and regulate brewpubs and microbreweries within the Central Business District effective January 10, 2017.

     a. Discussion/Consideration – Community Support Grant Funding for Vision of Hope Emergency Shelter and Outreach Center and Adoption of Budget Amendment (Note: This item recommended for approval by the Finance Committee during their meeting of January 5, 2017).
