a. Consideration – Hold a Public Hearing for RZ 02-16 filed by Cully Jennette on behalf of Water Street Properties, Inc. to rezone approximately 0.393 acres located northwest of the intersection of N Water Street and Pearl Street from General Industrial (I-2) to Central Business (CB).
b. Consideration – Hold a Public Hearing to adopt an ordinance amending Sections 150.50 through 150.99 of the City of Elizabeth City Code of Ordinances “Downtown Maintenance Code”.
