     b. Hold a Public Hearing – Amendments to Section 72: Parking in the Elizabeth City Code of Ordinances and all accompanying fee schedules to revise the parking fines and penalties imposed by the Elizabeth City Police Department;

     c. Hold a Public Hearing – To consider the renaming of Veterans Park, as situated at 222 N. Water Street, to General Hawthorne L Proctor (US Army Retired) Park.
