The City Council of the City of Elizabeth City will meet in Regular Session on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Gardner Municipal Building at 306 East Colonial Avenue.

This meeting is open to the public, and it will be live-streamed on local Channel 11 and the City's website. Citizens interested in making a public comment may do so by signing in on the check-in sheets available at the entrance to Council Chambers prior to the meeting's commencement.
