RFP - Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Update

The City of Elizabeth City is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms to perform an update to its Unified Development Ordinance. The new Ordinance shall be in compliance with State statutes and shall be consistent with the Advanced Core Land Use Plan. Proposals received for this request (RFP) will be reviewed by an evaluation committee comprised of city staff.
