Off-Duty Employment & Special Events

Elizabeth City Police Department authorizes its police officers to provide law enforcement related services, such as security details.

 

Captain Darrell Felton handles all police staffing of off-duty employment and special events that require street closings, such as parades, street festivals, charity walks, parties and business functions.
