         Attached is a copy of the proclamation for consideration.

 7)     Economic Development Commission Strategic Plan

 8)     Consideration - Award of Bid for New Senior Center Remodeling
         On September 9, 2019, JKF Executive John Farkas opened bids from firms responding to the
         request for proposals for the new Senior Center Remodeling project.  The City received two bids.
         The blow bidder was A.R. Chesson Construction Company, with a bid totalling $438,160.00.  Attached
          is a memorandum from the City Manager that addresses this item.

 9)      Visit Elizabeth City - Visitor Profile Research Study Presentation

10)     Discussion - YMCA at the Pines - Golf Course Funding Request
          The YMCA is looking to partner with the CIty and County on the YMCA at the
           Pines.  They will be asking both the City and County to contribute $25,000 per
           year each year.  Attached is a memorandum from the City Manager that addresses
           this item.

11)      Northeast Academy of Aerospace and Advanced Technologies (NEAAAT) Presentation
