Consideration – Acceptance of pump station property at Millbrooke Subdivision described as all that certain tract or parcel of land described, delineated and designated as “Pump Station Site - 2,592 SF” and its improvements, located on that certain plat entitled in part “Final Plat for Millbrooke;” said plat being prepared by Kenneth M. Seymour, Registered Surveyor dated June 3, 2008, which plat is recorded in Map Book 50 at Page 7 of the Pasquotank County Registry;
b. Consideration – Renewal of Food Bank of the Albemarle Hugh Cale Resource Center Sub-recipient Agreement;
c. Consideration – Renewal of Albemarle Hospital Foundation Hugh Cale Resource Center Sub-recipient Agreement;
d. Consideration – Renewal of Northeast Coalition to End Homelessness Hugh Cale Resource Center Sub-recipient Agreement;
e. Consideration – Renewal of River City CDC Hugh Cale Resource Center Sub-recipient Agreement.
