a. Consideration – Authorization to Accept 2015 COPS Hiring Program Grant in the estimated amount of $120,074, with a $37,524 cash match by the City, which is for three years and equates to $12,508 annually;
b. Consideration – Authorization for City staff to submit an application to the Tourism Development Authority in the amount of $500 to support the Great Dismal Swamp 9-Ball Classic being held on October 24, 2015.
