Data Processing Division

The Data Processing Division is responsible for helping to maintain the various financial computer systems of the City. The staff works closely with the City’s software providers to provide optimum technology solutions.

Data Processing plays a vital role in the processing of utility bills including evaluating meter readings and printing and updating bills. The division has oversight of re-reads and meter evaluations.

The division ensures employees are paid in a timely manner by checking and entering time sheets and calculating payroll.

All monthly and annual closeout files are processed and backed up by data processing staff.
