City Council Resolutions
Resolutions are formal documents adopted by the City Council whenever a formal written record of action taken is required or when certain findings must be made in connection with a particular action. A resolution essentially is an administrative tool. It should be noted that any approved motion of the City Council can be deemed a resolution, regardless if a formal written resolution is used to record the action. The full text of resolutions is included in the minutes of the meeting during which the resolution is adopted. Resolutions are also maintained in books by year adopted, which are available for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk.
The following links will provide access to resolutions previously adopted by the City Council. An index for each year is provided at the beginning of the file.
