Recycling & Pasquotank County Services

The City of Elizabeth City no longer provides a curbside recycling collection route. Items that were previously placed in recycling containers should now be placed in your regular household trash container.

Residents who still have a City-issued orange recycling container may choose to use it as an additional household trash container. To do so, the container must be added to your sanitation account through Customer Service for an additional $5 per month.
